Due to severe technical problems, the production and distribution of the Weekly Biometrics Newsletter will be suspended until later notice.

Major hardware problems (crashed laptop and crashed backup facilities) did result in a very difficult recovery process with permanent loss of several items (lost Templates, lost Macro's and a subscriber list that's lost for 60%).

This all leads to this (hopefully temporary) suspension of this publication.

It's very difficult for me to suspend this Newsletter I produced for over 4 years and I can't even reach the majority of the subscribers to tell them about the problems and this (temporary) suspension.

The website ( www.biometrics4all.com ) still exists, but can't be updated due to the same problems.
